How to Pass the CLEP Spanish Test

The Spanish CLEP test is a fantastic opportunity for students to earn up to 12 college credits. There has been very little available to students when it comes to preparation for this CLEP test but SpeedyPrep is excited to announce the launch of our CLEP Spanish prep course!
The CLEP Spanish test comprises several distinct sections: listening skills, grammar and sentence comprehension, and paragraph/passage comprehension. The entire exam is multiple choice and contains 120 questions.
Roughly 40% of the exam are questions related to listening skills. During the exam, you actually wear headphones and listen to narratives, dialogues, and simple questions.
The audio questions on the CLEP Spanish test are a bit difficult in that you have to pay careful attention to the subject matter because the answers themselves are read audibly and you’ll only be able to answer them accurately if you listened to and comprehended the audio portion almost in its entirety.
Additionally, each question is timed so that you only have about 10 seconds to answer before the computer automatically advances to the next question.
The other 60% of the Spanish CLEP consists of reading comprehension, understanding vocabulary, and sentence structure. One set of questions requires you to read a paragraph and fill in various blanks in the paragraph with the word that fits the sentence the best.
Another set of questions are based on how well you comprehend a passage of several paragraphs. The subject matter could be related to a variety of topics like a historical event, an academic theory, or a work of art.
Most colleges will award 6-12 college credits depending on the students score. Free CLEP Spanish Prep!
If you’re planning on taking the CLEP Spanish test soon then you should try out our free practice questions and test. The practice questions will be randomly generated every day so you will have a different 15 questions every time, they will be a combination of fill-in-the-blank and multiple choice questions. The practice test will be only multiple-choice to clearly reflect the real CLEP test.
